NOTICE OF BUDGET FOR 2026
(Pursuant to 29-1-106, C.R.S.)
NOTICE is hereby given that a proposed budget has been submitted to the Pioneer Lookout Water District Board of Directors for the ensuing year of 2026; a copy of such proposed budget has been filed in the office of Pioneer Lookout Water District, where the same is open for public inspection; such proposed budget will be considered at a regular meeting of the Pioneer Lookout Water District to be held at 259 Beacon Lite Road on January 14, 2026 at 5 pm.
Any interested elector of the Pioneer Lookout Water District may inspect the proposed budget and file or register any objections thereto at any time prior to the final adoption of the budget.

Reminder:
A. As per Colorado Revised Statutes, Section 32-1-306, the special district shall
maintain a current, accurate map of its boundaries and shall provide for such
map to be on file with the County Assessor.
B. Colorado Revised Statutes, Section 32-1-823(1), states a certificate of election
results shall be filed with the County Clerk and Recorder.
