1. When was the water district established?
Answer: The well was registered with the State Engineer on February 18, 1964 but the water district wasn't established until June 30, 1971.

3. Are we allowed to have chickens?
Answer: Per covenants item 20 - No chickens or chicken yards shall be permitted with the subdivision.
