When Pioneer Lookout Water needs to shut off your water supply, they follow specific procedures.
- Pioneer Lookout Water District will send you a quarterly bill for the services provided.
- You will be given 30 days past the end of a quarter before a late fee is imposed.
- If you fail to pay your water bill by that time, you’ll receive a disconnection notice. This notice informs you of the impending disconnection and the charges required to reconnect the service.
- You will have 10 days after receipt of the disconnection notice to pay your bill in full otherwise your water will be turned off.
